Please Note

When purchasing services or products from MURDALOGY, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• No Medical or Legal Advice: MURDALOGY is not a licensed doctor, counselor, or attorney. Services provided are spiritual in nature and do not substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book a service or purchase a product.
• Right to Refuse Service: MURDALOGY reserves the right to refuse service at any time, at our discretion.

Scheduling

• Available dates and times are displayed on the booking calendar in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• After booking, you will receive an email confirming your appointment.
• Tarot Readings require your presence and may be rescheduled if necessary.
• Workings are performed on the appointed date. Your physical presence is not required, and rescheduling is not applicable.

Refund Policy

• Tarot Readings: Full refunds are available if canceled before the day of the appointment.
• Workings: All workings include a non-refundable consultation fee:
   
  • Love Workings → $25 non-refundable consultation.
  • Hex Workings → $45 non-refundable consultation.

Once a working has been rendered, it is strictly non-refundable.

Failure to communicate with MURDALOGY on the day of your working will also result in no refund.

Recasts

• Clients are eligible for one free recast between the second and fourth month after the initial working, provided that no results were achieved.
• To qualify, clients must maintain consistent communication and provide updates on the work received.
• If client actions directly cause the failure of a working, eligibility for a free recast is void, and the service must be repurchased.
• Recasts are a privilege, not a guarantee, and may be revoked if conditions are not met.

Product Disclaimer

All oils, poppets, spell jars, and other handcrafted items from MURDALOGY are made with herbs, oils, resins, and other natural materials that may cause allergic reactions. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the safe use of these products and assume all liability for possible reactions. Products are for external use only and should not be ingested.
