PLEASE BE ADVISED: When you order a service, MURDALOGY is not liable and will not provide medical advice or assistance with decisions made by the customer. MURDALOGY is not a doctor or a Licensed Counselor. When you book, you confirm that you are over the age of 18. Please keep in mind that MURDALOGY reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any moment.

SCHEDULING: Please keep in mind that when you book, you will be given a calendar that tells you the available dates. We are not available outside of those hours. The times shown are in Eastern Standard Time (EST). After scheduling you will receive an email with your appointment with MURDALOGY.

Rescheduling is an option ONLY for Tarot Readings since you must be present during the time of the reading.  Workings get done on the appointed date, and is not necessary for rescheduling if you cannot be present.

REFUND POLICY: FULL Refunds are given for Tarot Readings IF cancelled before the day of your appointment. HOWEVER, Workings do have a non-refundable $25 for the consultation in LOVE WORK

(I Sweeten You, Come To Me, Bind Us, Mine, Mine, Mine!, Amarrenos, Love Me (Poppet Working), and Third Party Removal).

In HEX WORK the non-refundable is $45 (Limp D**K, Decayed Pus*y, Hex Them!, Hex Them (Poppet Jar). This non-refundable is for your consultation. 

RECASTS: As a customer you are guaranteed for A Free Recast at the SECOND to FOURTH Month mark AFTER the initial working was casted if NO results were achieved. The Client MUST keep MURDALOGY UPDATED on the work they received to be ELIGIBLE for a recast. The recast time will not be pushed back or forward. If you cannot wait until the required month, you will have to repurchase the service. If by chance, you are the reason for your own working failing, you will need to repurchase the working again. Recasts are a Privilege and can and will be taken away if the client is in the wrong.
